Support is available for Quote Profit Checker, Unbilled Extras Checker Pro and other Windows business software published by The Modder Station.

Before contacting support

• Check that Windows and the app are fully updated.
• Restart the app from the Windows Start menu.
• Keep a backup before changing or removing local app data.
• Record the app name, version and the exact step that failed.

What to include

Include the product name, Windows version, what you expected, what happened and any error text. Remove customer names, bank details, payment details and other private business information from files or images before sending them.

Contact support

Email themodderstation@gmail.com. Include the app name in the subject. Microsoft handles Store purchase, licensing, installation and refund enquiries through your Microsoft account and Store support.

Data safety

Support will never ask for your password, full payment card details, National Insurance number or remote access credentials. Keep your original source files and backups until the issue is resolved.
