Privacy policy

This policy covers Quote Profit Checker, Unbilled Extras Checker Pro, Marketplace Payout Reconciler, DeskKit and Trade Manager Local. These Windows applications are published by The Modder Station.

Data stored by the apps

The apps store the information you enter or import on your Windows computer. Depending on the product, this can include quotes, supplier prices, extras, invoice lines, marketplace payouts, bank entries, customer and device records, job details, attachments, documents and payments.

Collection and sharing

The apps do not create a publisher account, display advertising, collect publisher analytics or telemetry, or transmit your working records to The Modder Station. The Modder Station does not sell or share the information held in your local app data.

Some apps open a private interface in your default browser. That interface listens only on the loopback address of the same computer and is not an internet service.

Files, backups and exports

You can choose files to import and create exports, reports, PDFs, documents, attachments or backups. Those files may contain personal or commercial information. You control where they are stored and are responsible for protecting, retaining and deleting them.

Microsoft Store

Microsoft may process purchase, installation, licensing, diagnostic and update information under its own terms and privacy statement. The apps do not receive your full payment card details from Microsoft.

Retention and deletion

App records remain on your computer until you edit or delete them or remove the relevant local app data. Uninstalling an app may not remove documents, exports or backups that you saved elsewhere.
